Michelle Somerville

Michelle has a rich background in early childhood education and a real passion for supporting tamariki, kaiako, and whānau. She has led services in a variety of settings – from private and shareholding models to kindergarten associations and community-based centres. Along the way, Michelle has opened four early learning services and supported many others within her rohe. Her strengths lie in leadership and in guiding teams with care, vision, and a strong sense of community.
